Example Study Accountability Plans
Two annotated study plan templates EduAvenues uses with students. Both are weekly accountability trackers with completion checkboxes, parent/partner sign-off, and a reflection column.
Plan 1 — USACO Bronze Track (Weekly)
Weekly cadence (April through July): USACO Guide reading + Video Class Curriculum + 3 official Bronze practice problems in Java per week. Topics roll through Time Complexity, Data Structures, Basic Complete Search, Recursion, Sorting, Sets & Maps, Ad Hoc, Greedy, and Intro to Graphs.
Each row tracks: Reading from USACO Guide (Bronze) | Video Class Curriculum | Official USACO Practice Problems | Completed? | Proof of all 3 Submitted? (Email to Accountability Partner and Parents & Upload to GDrive) | Weekly Reflection.
After 12 weeks the student either re-does missed problems or advances to Silver.
Plan 2 — Algebra II Daily Plan
Daily cadence (April–May) covering radicals, rational functions, variation, complex fractions, and rational systems. Each row tracks: Topic | YouTube Video(s) | Notes Taken (blue ink, uploaded to Drive) | Notes Packet Problems | CYU Packet Problems | Lamar EDU / OpenStax additional practice | Proof submitted | Daily Reflection (1-2 paragraphs).
The reflection prompts students to identify challenging concepts, describe mistakes and insights gained, and plan specific improvements for the next week.
Use these as templates for your own daily/weekly accountability sheet — copy them into Sheets, swap in your own subject material, and share with your accountability partner.
