In the module "Working Backwards from Top Student Profiles," we encourage students to conduct targeted research into the activities and achievements of high-achieving scholars. This exercise involves looking up these individuals, generally through professional networking platforms like LinkedIn, to gather insights into the variety of extracurriculars and accolades that align with their aspirations. The aim is to identify trends and ideas that resonate with their interests, which can then be adapted to their personal goals and action plans.
The purpose is NOT to simply imitate; it’s about inspiration—understanding the stepping stones of success to help build a unique and authentic profile for college admissions and scholarship applications.
