Enter your numeric GPA in Column B, course weighting in Column C, and the number of credits for each course in Column E. Columns D and F: These columns are pre-set for your convenience, so there's no need to alter any information here. Adding or Removing Courses: Should your academic journey include additional courses, or if there are courses you haven't taken, you can easily adjust the list. If deleting a course, Ensure that you clear the entire row of any course you're removing to maintain accuracy. If adding a course, there are a few blank rows for each grade level where you can add in an additional class. Projecting Your GPA: Look to rows 10 and 11 to find your projected overall GPA, giving you insight into your academic standing. Understanding Course Weighting: For Column B, be aware that honors courses are usually given a 0.5 "weight," while AP and Post-AP classes often receive a 1.0 weight.
